use them on anything you make, including paid client work. don't sell them, don't pass the files around, don't repackage them as your own. that's the whole agreement.
use the presets in an unlimited number of projects, personal or commercial, for yourself or for clients. modify them, rename them, build on them, and combine them with your own work. render and distribute the finished output however you like — broadcast, streaming, social, cinema, internal, paid or free. no attribution is required, and no separate license is needed per seat, per project, or per client.
you may not sell, license, sublicense, rent, or otherwise distribute the preset files themselves — modified or unmodified. that includes bundling them into a pack, template, course, plugin, or asset library, uploading them to a marketplace or file-sharing service, or making them available as part of a subscription. if someone wants them, send them here; the download is free.
you may not present the presets, or a derivative of them, as your own product. you may not use them to build a directly competing preset pack.
the presets remain the property of anchor point studio. downloading grants a license to use them under these terms — it does not transfer ownership. anything you create with them is yours, in full.
one download covers your whole team. install them on as many machines as your organization needs. the restriction is on redistributing the files outside your organization, not on how many of your own people use them.
the presets are provided as-is. they are tested against the software versions listed on each preset page, but no result is guaranteed and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from their use. always work on a copy of your project.
the address you enter is used to send your download link and occasional notes when new presets are released. it is not sold, rented, or shared. every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your license or your access to downloads. full details are in the privacy policy.
these terms may be revised for future downloads; the license you received at the time of download continues to apply to that download. the license terminates if the restrictions above are breached, at which point the preset files must be deleted. work already produced with them is unaffected.
anything not covered here — unusual distribution, a bundled product, an enterprise arrangement — can be sorted out directly. email [email protected] and ask.
